Administrative Preparation
준비 과정
In order to recover your #1 Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), you must have the following information:
SEPM 을 복구하기 위해서 다음 준비를 해야 합니다.
keystore_<timestamp>
server.xml
SEPM server name and IP
Site Name
Domain ID
SEPM encryption password
1) 키 스토어 파일은 keystore_<시간>.jks 의 형태 입니다. (이 파일은 주기적으로 백업해 놓으시기 바랍니다.) Keystore 파일은 사설 - 공인 키 세트와 서명 증명서를 포함하고 있습니다.
1.) The keystore file- the file name is [keystore_<timestamp>
키 스토어 파일을 생성하기 위해서, SEPM 콘솔에서 관리 -> 하단의 메뉴 중에 "서버"를 선택하고, "서버 인증서 관리"를 선택합니다. 현재 백업하는 폴더는 \\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Server Private Key Backup 인데, 현재 파일 백업용으로만 사용되어야 한다.
To create this file, in the SEPM Console select Admin>>Highlight the server name>> select Manage Server Certificate.
Follow the instructions and perform a Backup of the Server Certificate.
Save the file to secure location outside of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager folders.
The original file created during the install is located in \\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Server Private Key Backup but should only be used if there is not a current backup.
2) \\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\conf\server.xml 파일을 백업 폴더에 저장합니다.
2.) Save the server.xml file, located at:
\\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\conf\server.xml
to your secure backup location.
이 파일 내에 keystorepass 비밀번호가 있습니다. IE로 열어서 패스워드를 찾아 놓습니다. 패스워드는 다음과 같이 생겼습니다. keystorePass=WjCUZx7kmX$qA1u1 (실제 패스워드 아님.) 패스워드를 텍스트 파일로 저장하고, 텍스트 파일은 안전한 장소에 보관합니다.
Within this file is the keystorepass password. Open this file with Internet Explorer and find the password.
The password string looks like the following: keystorePass=WjCUZx7kmX$qA1u1 (the actual password will be unique)
Save this password to a text file, and save the text file to the secured location.
3) 다음 정보를 파일에 저장합니다. :
Site 이름
Encryption password
SEPM 서버 이름과 IP
Domain ID 번호
3.) Place the following information in the text file:
Site name
Encryption password
SEPM server name and IP
Domain ID#
Domain ID#를 아는 방법은,
a. SEPM 콘솔에서 관리 -> 도메인 에서 "도메인 ID"를 저장합니다.
